Charity Quiz Night
Leon Thompson Appeal
Leon, the son of a friend and former colleague Charlie, was born 10 and a half weeks early weighing 2lb 8oz. He suffered a brain haemorrhage, had 2 holes in his heart, chronic lung disease, and was diagnosed with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.
The family are raising money for equipment and physiotherapy following a surgery called SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy). This is Leon’s best chance at being able to walk, free of pain, either with equipment or unaided.

We are raising funds at our quiz night and so would be delighted if you would join us at The Firs, Station Road, Codsall, WV8 1BX (adjacent to the Co-Op), on Thursday 23 March 2017 at 7.30pm.
The entry fee per quiz team of 4 is £50 to include a fish and chip supper (please let us know if you require a vegetarian alternative).
Numbers are limited, so please complete and return the attached registration form with your entry fee (made payable to Muras Baker Jones Limited) to Muras Baker Jones Limited, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG as soon as possible, but no later than 15 March please.
